Hello!

How should one care for multiple trees experiencing eutypa dieback? I have 2 nectarines, and 2 apricots that appear to be suffering. Can I save my orchard? I believe I made this problem worse thinking pruning during dormancy was the proper time and I didn't know to sterilize between trees/cuts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Kelsea, sorry that is happening to your orchard. You can contact your local Master Gardeners to confirm your diagnosis. https://mg.ucanr.edu/FindUs/ You may have already read this article, and as you can see, there isn't much to be done aside from taking the best care of your trees as possible. https://ipm.ucanr.edu/PMG/GARDEN/FRUIT/DISEASE/eutypadieback.html
