Great article Anne and Ed! I have a question regarding fertilizing that I haven't seen or heard asked: Is it ok to use citrus fertilizer with an expired date on the package (expiration date on the package is 04/2023).

Hello Denise, here is Ed's response to your question:
I have never seen an expiration date on a fertilizer bag/box. In any case, the expiration date mentioned in the question is 04/2023, which is about four months from now. I don't believe fertilizer gets too old to use, as long as it has been kept dry. It may lose effectiveness if it gets wet.
