Each time I receive a notification from Pests in the Urban Landscape posts, I know it's going to be good. The posts have up-to-date and helpful information. Not only that, the topics chosen are current issues that are on everyone's mind. Thanks for the hard work, dedication, and time put into writing, editing, and finding photos to make such excellent articles. Anne Schellman, UC Master Gardener Coordinator in Stanislaus County

I totally agree with Anne that these posts are very valuable and current. In my 45 years with UCCE as a horticulture advisor then Master Gardener volunteer, I don't believe I had ever encountered the webs shown in the first photos (funnel webs) until about two weeks ago when I saw them covering a neighbor's lawn. I was curious as to what they were, and today when I read the Cobwebs Everywhere article I was excited to find the answer. Thanks for the valuable, helpful and pertinent information the authors provide.
