Your mother did a great job educating you on good nutrition and you did a good job applying it to your own life....a dietitian's dream outcome.

I have two small boys (5 and 2) who are sometimes not so eager recipients of their RD mother's nutritional offerings. I'm happy to see that my efforts now will someday be appreciated! Thanks for the insight from the other side!
