Description

The Coalition met on Thursday October 15, 2009 8:30-5:30 for their fall membership meeting at the Coyote Grange and in the afternoon for a field trip to the base of Coyote Ridge.  Agenda items included results of the CCRC's 2009 spring monitoring program, a presentation from a researcher on recent results of projects helping improve sustainable rangeland management, and a panel discussion on how to best face some of the emerging issues facing rangeland managers.  The field trip featured conservation lands managers including ranchers and public lands agency personnel discussing how they were working together to create real change on the ground.
