Checklist for plant diagnosis

Have a sick plant? Not sure what's eating your tomatoes? If you find yourself needing to contact a Master Gardener concerning a not so healthy looking plant, you can start here with the plant diagnosis checklist.  Please answer as many of these questions as you can beforehand in order to aid the MG in helping to identify the problem.

CHECKLIST FOR PLANT DIAGNOSIS

After you have completed the diagnosis checklist you can bring the form and your plant samples to the Extension Office. One of the Inland Master Gardeners will contact you on their next office visit, as Inland MG's do not have set office hours.
