Adin Hester

Adin Hester helped to coordinate the official beginning of the Olive Growers Council of California (OGC) in 1978-79. He joined the OGC in 1980 as President and CEO. The Council negotiates prices and contract terms with olive processors and buyers on behalf of its members. Mr. Hester worked for Hunt-Wesson Foods from 1963-1969 as a Regional Field Manager. He was Executive Vice President of CalAgra Industries, Stockton, from 1969-1977; and President of California Citrus Mutual from 1977-1980. Mr. Hester is a graduate of Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR. He is a graduate of Class III, California Ag Leadership Program (1975).
