Small Animal Proficiency Program
The Small Animal Committee and the Leader's Council voted on and approved a new format for the Proficiency Levels. In place of the past Proficiency Day there is now a Proficiency Program that can be done through out the year. The committee feels this new format will help give project leader's goals for their members to obtain throughout their project.
