Evaluation Technical Assistance
Consult with experts in evaluation methodology to identify learning/development outcomes, appropriate instruments (quantitative and qualitative), and analysis techniques to successfully evaluate your youth development programming.
We can help with:
- Formative (program improvement) evaluations: help learn how the program, event, etc., can be improved for future participants. A few examples are included below.
- Summative (outcomes) evaluations: assess program impacts-what did youth get out of the program; what did they learn? Below is a list of outcome measures we have used to assess outcomes.

- Supporting Staff with Data Collection: Having staff investment and buy-in with evaluation will help strengthen the quality of data collected. We can provide training to staff on administering surveys and collecting other data to improve the rigor of the evaluation process.
- Reporting: Sharing results is important, whether in a more traditional report format or by infographics. We can advise on the best way to share results for your audience. Examples of reports include:
