Update nondiscrimination statements for publications

UC ANR's Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action Policy Statement for employment, programs and activities which appear in UC ANR publications has been revised. Please replace older versions of the statement with the updated wording.

The Nondiscrimination Statement must be included in brochures, bulletins, announcements, flyers, publications, catalogs, manuals, guidebooks, application forms and other materials that are made available to participants, applicants or employees. Inclusion of the Nondiscrimination Statement is required by federal regulations and reaffirms UC ANR's commitment to equal opportunity in employment and equal access to its programs and activities.

The new statements may be found in English and Spanish on the Affirmative Action web page at http://ucanr.edu/sites/anrstaff/Diversity/Affirmative_Action/Resources/Policy-related_downloads.
