Kabashima photo on "wanted" card

In my home snail mail, I got a warning postcard from CDFA with John Kabashima's photos on it … photos that he took of the insect, not photos of John. The card said to be on the lookout for diaprepes. Could John be the heir apparent to Jack Kelly Clark?

I received this postcard last year and also noticed John Kabashima's name. It would have been kind of cdfa to note that John is with UC Cooperative Extension.

I have not seen or received the post card...but reading this entry motivated me to learn more about this pest, and I found out that, "in the fall of 2005, it was found infesting ornamentals in two urban areas of Orange County and Los Angeles County. During 2006, it was found in San Diego County in both urban areas and lemon groves.
