The Value-Added Profitability Calculator is an Excel spreadsheet designed to help specialty crop producers consider how various factors influence the profitability of a value-added product. It was based on the value-added analysis tool for pork, lamb, beef, goat created by UCCE Advisor Dan Macon for Farming in the Foothills.
