FFY 24-26 Resources

We are excited to help you begin planning for your Impact Outcome Evaluation in the new FFY 24-26 funding cycle! For the entirety of the 3 years, ALL LHDs are required to participate, given you plan to conduct the minimum intervention for participation. If you are unsure if your LHD is required to participate, or have other questions about IOE in FFY 24-26, never hesitate to reach out to Amanda Linares

 

Minimum Intervention for Participation

IF your LHD has the following planned as part of your Integrated Work Plan (IWP), you must participate in IOE:

  • Series-based direct education (3+ sessions),
  • in a school or school-based after school site,
  • with 4th-12th grade students.

*If working in a school-based after school program or rural area/small school, survey all students 4th grade and above receiving intervention.

  • Using the table above, identify your school and student per school requirement.
  • Complete the FFY 25-26 Planning Worksheet by identifying your schools, intervention components, and evaluation timeline. When you return the worksheet to Amanda Linares, she will provide your survey links custom to each school site.
  • At the beginning of the school year, regardless of when you plan to deliver direct education, pre-test students using the Eating and Activity Tool for Students (EATS)
  • At the end of the school year, post-test the same students using EATS.
  • Make updates to the Planning Worksheet, return to Amanda, and ensure all surveys (if not administered online) are entered into the provided survey links by June 30th annually.
