Networking with Local Farmers

• If you've participated in our Beginning Farming Academy, we have mentors available to help establish a more personal connection with an experienced farmer or rancher. Please note: mentors are available ONLY to graduates of our Beginning Farming Academy.
• Come to our workshops and take advantage of the gathering together of farmers, ranchers and agricultural professionals.
• Join us at our farmer-to-farmer networking breakfasts. Come and meet other farmers and ranchers. Enjoy a chance to relax and talk with other producers about issues affecting local agriculture. Check the Workshops page for upcoming events.
• One easy way to start networking with other farmers and ranchers is to join our listserv where you can exchange ideas, ask questions or offer information to other growers.
