On the Edge - how to tell when to intervene!

The ANR Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) was established to serve as a multi-disciplinary rapid-response team to deal effectively with all incidents of actual or potential workplace disruption and or violence risk. This session will present tools to help employees recognize and respond to behaviors of concern and discuss the process that the BIT will use to investigate, assess, and advise on such cases. The presentation will also include discussion of resources such as the Academic and Staff Assistance Program that are available to all ANR employees.
