Building a strong community is everyone's responsibility. In this dynamic session, we will engage in large and small group breakout discussions to come up with ideas on how we can collectively help employees feel valued and supported. We will explore UC ANR's Principles of Community and examine tools and practices for enhancing the employee experience such as onboarding and building connections with colleagues across the state. Let’s discuss what’s working and what needs to be changed. Information gathered will be used to inform UC ANR processes in the future.
