3-F Empowering Community Adaptation to Wildfire

Wednesday, April 26, 10:45 AM-12:15 PM

Through research and education, UC ANR and its partners are helping Californians of all ages and their communities learn about the drivers of wildfire and options for responding and adapting. Presenters from diverse program areas will share advances and beneficial impacts from fire science, extension delivery, and collaborative learning events aimed at reducing wildfire risks to property and ecosystems. Participants will engage with presenters and colleagues to explore ways in which UC ANR translates research into practice and policy.
