6-A Collaborative Facilitation for Beginners - The Basics

This workshop is intended for all UC ANR employees interested in the basic tools of facilitators to develop and support successful group meetings. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to guide groups towards their objectives and assist them in building understanding and agreement. This workshop is based on the Interaction Method based on the concepts of shared responsibility for success, developed by Interaction Associates, LLC. This is a fun and interactive workshop designed to identify and address some of the most common problems with meetings in order to provide process tools that develop group relationships and support group results.
