UC ANR's revenue is projected to more than double from $150 million in 2006 to over $350M in the next few years. As UC ANR continues to grow, its operational, financial, and organizational needs will also evolve. To make sure that the current business operations continue to satisfy UC ANR needs, it will be wise for UC ANR to assess its efficiency, effectiveness, and economics. In this session, we will be evaluating the organizational impacts of UC ANR’s various business services such as information and technology, human resources, cash and capital management, and financial and administrative services. Participants will help identify the associated risks and opportunities for improvement with our current business model. This will be an open forum to have conversations with senior leadership to provide innovative solutions or ideas to prepare UC ANR for the future.
