Materials and Deadlines

All materials are due by March 19 to UC ANR Program Support 

Photos: We would love to see pictures of the amazing work your unit/program/ERG has done and is doing. We’d like to use these in various ways during the conference to highlight UC ANR in action!

Posters: We’d like each table to include a small, tabletop poster that gives brief information about your unit/program/ERG. Some tables who have multiple units may want to combine info on 1-2 posters. We will provide easels (can be used tabletop or floor) to display posters, so just request them on your form.

Template for Resources Room Poster

  • Please do not change the template size, but keep the ANR branding.
  • You can change the background to be more applicable to your unit.
  • Text boxes can be expanded or contracted.
  • Please include website addresses on the bottom right.

Please send your poster (as a PowerPoint and as a PDF) to UC ANR Program Support, so we can have these printed for the conference.

Send Materials for Posting on the Website: Send information you'd like posted on the conference website or a link to your website.

Materials at Tables: If you’d like to produce and print your own flyer or brochure, we’d recommend bringing about 100 copies maximum. We expect people to not want to carry home heavy papers, but having a one-page flyer or card for those who want to follow up would be great.

Schedule and Location

Please note: It’s not necessary to have someone from each unit on each and every timeframe that the room is open. 

The Resources Room will be located at the DoubleTree where the concurrent sessions will be located. The general sessions, lunches and evening poster sessions will be held at the Valdez Hall which is directly across M Street from the DoubleTree’s meeting rooms.

The resources room will be open at the following days/times. Setup will be on Monday from 8 AM-11 AM although you may set up at any time on Monday.

We will set up a break station with beverages and food for those staffing breaks. We suggest shifts to staff lunch periods.

Staffing: We’d like to have the room staffed during breaks with representatives from your unit. It’s not necessary to have someone from each unit on each and every timeframe that the room is open. Please discuss this with your staff and be prepared to let us know names for staffing. We’ll follow up with a Google doc which you can fill in with names to let us know who’s staffing the room and when. 

We’d also like to announce during the conference when someone is available. For example: “Bethanie Brown will be available on Thursday from 12:15-12:45 pm.”
