Enroll in 4-H
All 4H Enrollment is completed online through ZSuite Site
If you are a new member you MAY NOT actively participate without completing the enrollment process. All enrollment fees are paid to your 4-H Club Leader or Treasurer. Youth annual fee $72.00. Adult volunteers $30.00. Paper enrollment is also an option for anyone having issues with internet access. 2023-2024 Youth Enrollment Forms Fees may be partially or entirely waived if financial assistance is necessary. 2023-2024 Fee Waiver Request Form. Please contact the 4-H Office with any questions (559) 241-7519.
