UC Davis Conference Center and the ARC Meeting Rooms

The goals of the meeting were to:

Conduct workgroup meetings (optional)
Organize program teams’ structures.
- Status of each workgroup under the program teams.
- Leadership of each program team and workgroup.
- Names of program teams and workgroups…
Discuss the competitive grants program and brainstorm project ideas.
- Form teams to work on writing grant proposals based on project brainstorming.
Discuss need for new hires in ANR.

8:00 AM	General Session for all Program Teams - Meeting Room 1 - Introduce Water Initiative - Program Team/Workgroup Structure - ANR RFP and Timeline - ANR Position Call
8:45 AM	Workgroup meetings (Break time determined by workgroups) - Landscape/Urban/Turfgrass - ARC Meeting Room 1 - Water Resources (agenda)- ARC Meeting Room 3
12:00 PM	Group Lunch - Each workgroup leader presented possible projects
