Three questions:
Is it known how this tree became infected?
Is there any way to tell how long the tree has been infected?
How was this tree discovered to be infected, i.e., did it show symptoms of infection, by random sampling, etc.?
Thanks to all the CDFA field personnel for their continued diligence.

Linda, an in faced psyllium was found and surrounding trees were tested. A tree tested positive and was destroyed. It's likely there are other trees that have not tested positive yet. I'll ask to see if there is an idea how and when the tree was infected.
