I live in Hempfield township,Irwin, Pa with a dozen black walnut trees. Three of my trees died really quick this season. I think the disease hit my trees. How do I stop this? Thank you and please respond!

I have three walnut trees (UNK spp) in my yard. We live in Palisade, CO which is the major fruit and wine production area of Western CO. Most of the fruit is peaches. There are scattered walnut trees throughout this area. I noticed several years ago two of my 50+ year old walnut trees had a lot of dead branches out on the tips of the limbs. I pruned what I could off of them. Last year (2020) one tree died and this spring (2021) I noticed the other had died. I thought I might have over irrigated the two trees since they are right by my pump house and spin filter discharge. Today on a walk I noticed another old walnut tree had died that was alive at least 2 years ago. My third trees still appears to be healthy. Sure wish that there would be some form of prevention other than cutting down the sick trees.
