How does one use these broken down, salted lemons in recipes?

The lemons are commonly used in Moroccan and other North African recipes. But you can experiment with them anywhere you want the punch of lemon. Just be sure to either rinse the lemon before you use it or adjust the salt in the recipe. I've known people who add them to things like couscous and even chicken salad!
