Great article. Its fun to grow things that you can't find in the local grocery stores wnd we eat lots of spinach so its a winner.  
Keep me in mind the next time you hand out cuttings. Thanks

Hi there, I was wondering if this kind of spinach can also be eaten raw? Such as salad and smoothies? My sister was diagnosed with lupus and I wanted her to try green smoothies and since spinach like we have here in states is not available where she live in Philippines. I did this reach and found your online article.
