Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Today on In the Garden with UC Master Gardeners, we reach back around 10 years - when our show ran for only 30 minutes – and air two programs related to holiday gift giving.

The first half of the show will be Katrina Kirkeby with Teena Spindler (our “This Month In The Garden” hosts) telling you Teena's technique for making Herb Baskets. In the second hour, Katrina is back (in December years back) interviewing Linda Elbert with tips for Holiday Gifts from the Kitchen.

Linda was residing in Laguna Beach at the time of this interview and was very active in good-food related enterprises as you will hear. She has since relocated to southern Utah. Not only can you try in-season citrus for different marmalades, learn how to make Citrus Salts! Pomegranates! Have you ever heard of Pomegranate Molasses?
