Summary | Through the research and extension programs of 12 Extension Specialists, the Postharvest Workgroup provides relevant postharvest recommendations to growers, shippers, marketers, carriers, distributors, retailers, processors, and consumers of fresh horticultural crops. This information is distributed via the Web site, short courses and workshops, publications, industry meetings, newsletters, consultations, and industry liaisons. |
