The Volunteer Retreat is a leadership conference for youth and adult volunteers and the staff that work with them. This annual conference is designed to bring people together to ENERGIZE, EQUIP, and EMPOWER volunteers in the important work they do. With guest speakers, skill-building workshops, entertainment and cultural activities, youth and adult volunteers share their knowledge and skills to strengthen their volunteer work in the programs they serve.
