Excellent advice! Number 11 could be to avoid sugar-ladened beverages and dress up a cold glass of water with favorite slice or fruit or herbs -- get creative, colorful and flavorful with pure water.

I've tried for years to do these things you mentioned in your article. I haven't been completely sucessful but I would agree we need to change our habits to purposely consume what our bodies need. Thank you for the list. Jeff.
