I like this post.I want to suggest that excessive alcohol intake also contributes to obesity.To avoid obesity you should avoid alcohol too.Some kind of exercises like swimming, cycling, brisk walking, jogging help burn a lot of calories. Exercise releases endorphins, pleasure hormones, that keep you in a good mood, also sweating helps your body to get rid of toxins.Stay healthy!!
