Is there a nutritional advantage to drinking the juice rather than eating the entire fruit? Many thanks.

At the Los Angeles MFP student presentations a couple of years ago, I learned of a steam juicer, which I subsequently purchased. No mess or splatter or stained clothes.
You can place cleaned and broken up fruit in the basket. I to, however, prefer the taste of just plain arils.

You might suggest that to extract the arils under water, put on some tight fitting latex or nitrile gloves to protect your hands this time of year, and a good movie or old NOVA, so the task goes quicker.

Yes, the best and easily available pomegranate ( named after granide .. read some where on net) , has more antioxidants.

Taken raw is better than taking as juice, as it cuts down vital ingrediants while taking juice.

Thanks for explaining about pomegranate in your view.
