What is the UC Davis Department of Entomology and Nematology planning for BioDiv Day? For starters, you can see, hold and take selfies of you and your friends and family with walking sticks (insects) crawling up your arm at the Bohart Museum; admire the honey bees and native bees at The Bee Haven; and learn about dog heartworms and root-knot nematodes at the Nematode Collection.
In fact, the Bohart Museum will be buzzing and crawling with activity. You'll learn about ants from the Phil Ward lab; native bees from the Rachel Vannette, Neal Williams and Felicity Muth labs; spiders from the Jason Bond lab; orchid bees from the Santiago Ramirez lab; and more.
