Leaffooted Bug

Leaffooted bugs have a narrow brown body with a length of .75 to 1 inch long. They feed on fruits, fruiting vegetables, ornamentals and nuts. They have piercing-sucking mouth parts that help them feed on plant parts and particularly seeds.

Fast Forward to Fall

I didn't blog all summer because life has been busy with doctor appointments for various members of my familynothing serious, just maintenance. As one gets older, a lot of maintenance is needed. I also had a milestone birthday in the summer. It takes a lot of energy and time to celebrate.
