UC Path is the new systemwide HR and payroll system that will serve all UC employees. UC ANR's go-live date is fast approaching.
During the UC ANR Town Hall meeting on January 29, VP Glenda Humiston, AVP Tu Tran and the UCPath project team talked about the changes that are coming, the impact on employees, and the steps everyone can take now to prepare.

UCPath is a systemwide initiative launched by the University of California to modernize its current payroll system. Using new technology, UCPath will standardize the Division's workforce management effort, and payroll, benefits and human resources systems for all UC employees, and will enable the formation of UC ANR as a distinct financial structure within UC, which is a critical step for our organization.
