UC is running the biennial Staff Engagement Survey to learn more about non-represented (policy-covered) staff impressions about working at the university.
During the week of May 13, UC ANR staff members will receive an email from Willis Towers Watson, a firm conducting the survey on UC's behalf, with an invitation to take the survey.
The survey was developed by the Council of University of California Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) in collaboration with Systemwide Human Resources and Willis Towers Watson.

On Feb. 6, Human Resources and Staff Assembly will host an online town hall with Vice President Glenda Humiston to discuss the results of the Staff Engagement Survey. The town hall will focus on three main areas raised in the survey: change management, performance management, and wellness.
There has been a lot of activity around the results of the recently completed survey, including ANR report articles, blog posts and webinars. Last spring, a sampling of non-represented UC ANR staff were asked to complete the biennial Staff Engagement Survey to gauge their impressions about working for the University. All staff and academics are invited to take part in a Zoom webinar to review the Staff Engagement Survey results. The webinar will be co-hosted by ANR Staff Assembly and Human Resources.
