After attending a Teens Love Cooking summer series focused on nutrition and culinary skills, 83% of youth participants were more willing to try new foods and ask for them at home. The class helped reinforce their healthy eating habits and support their long-term health.

The front yard has not looked very promising with all the rains. The weeds are growing everywhere. Thank goodness for the chickens that help curb their growth by eating some weeds and scratching for bugs. Since it's a sunny day, I thought I'd walk out there today to see what else is happening.
