Usually I write up little articles on plants I like, but this post is about a plant I've learned to detest since moving to Owens Valley: Virginia creeper. Virginia creeper (Parthenocissus quinquefolia) is related to grapes. Except for the obviously different foliage it has a similar growth pattern.
The Very Berry, Mulberry Morus species One way to id the different species is by looking at the leaves. They have alternate leaves. If the leaf is short and the base is heart-shaped then it's probably a Black Mulberry.

Every 4-H program runs a little bit differently, ours is no different. On a normal year; enrollments start in September, club meetings begin in October, and projects will begin at any time after October 1st. Clubs meet once a month thru June, on their designated day and time.
