How my training as a UC Master Food Preserver helped me become healthy after a heart attack. About three-quarters of the way into my certification training for the UCCE Master Food Preserver Program, I experienced a heart attack, which resulted in stent placements.

The California Farm Directory Growing the Table USDA Organic Transition Funds...

While none of us could have predicted how our lives have changed since March 13th (the day our Master Gardener training class was canceled, followed by the rest of the classes for the year), nature has nicely filled in the gap and reassures us that life will go on.
