Stanislaus 4-H Member Enrollment Opens March 6th
- Online Camp Registration via Google Forms Once completed, will automatically email registration forms to the parent/guardian’s email.
- Print & Sign Camp Registration Form to turn in Finish registration by filling in any blanks and signing where needed. This includes the Medical Form, which should be done by hand
- 4-H Registration Please reach out to your 4-H club, the county office, or see the help page online to register.
- Payment Can be done via cash, credit card, or check. If clubs are making payments, please note campers from the club will not have spots reserved until fully paid. Payments should be given to the office in a timely manner.
- Office will accept once all of the above are done

- Office will accept once all of the above are done The office will reach out to confirm you have a spot at camp. Please do NOT pay until you receive confirmation. Payment before acknowledgement of a spot may not necessarily receive a full refund.
- Pay to finalize spot Payment must be received within 5 days of office reaching out or the spot will be forfeited. Can be done via cash, credit card, or check.
