Who We Are
The WISER Program is a statewide initiative led by UC ANR's California Institute for Water Resources that strengthens community capacity, science communication, and access to research-based information on drinking water, water quality, and watersheds.
WISER connects UC campuses, UC Cooperative Extension, community organizations, students, and water professionals to co-create practical resources and support informed decision-making for healthy, resilient watersheds.

Bilingual, practical resources for communities, households, and practitioners.
