Kitchen Kits Launch Party! (Jackson, CA)
About the Event
The Master Food Preserver Program of Amador County and Central Sierra Community Nutrition and Health Program are partnering with the Amador County Library to create a collection of Kitchen Kits. These Kits will be available for Amador County residents to check-out and include food preparation and preservation supplies that might be cost-prohibitive.
Learn what supplies are available, how to use them, and how the library program works. Sample snacks made with the supplies and get answers about the program, food preservation and general nutrition from Cooperative Extension staff and MFP volunteers.
