UC ANR News and Information Outreach in Spanish invites you to join our Hispanic Heritage Month 2026 webinar series, a set of conversations celebrating Latino identity, language, agriculture, community resilience and the impact of culturally relevant outreach across California.
This year’s series is inspired by the symbolism of The Three Sisters — corn, beans and squash — an Indigenous agricultural tradition rooted in balance, interdependence and collective strength. Like the Three Sisters, Latino communities continue to grow through connection: honoring our roots, supporting one another and cultivating a stronger future.
The webinar series will feature conversations on Latino identity and the future of Spanish in the United States, Latino leadership in organic agriculture, community engagement during difficult times and the legacy of CalFresh Healthy Living, UCCE educators who helped plant healthier practices in Latino communities.
