Alicia Baddorf brings over 15 years of sustainable agriculture and food systems experience to her position as Sustainable Supply Chain Coordinator at UC Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education Program (SAREP). Under SAREP's Sustainable Food Economies Pillar, her research and outreach focuses on the development of community and regional food distribution systems and agricultural sustainability and viability. Alicia coordinates the California Food Hub Network and Farmer Educator Network, fostering information-sharing and collaboration among food systems stakeholders. Alicia has experience with farms and food hubs, including educational program development, farming, and the management of sales, CSA programs, and marketing. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and French Studies from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in Community Development from UC Davis.
