Stella Weaver has been working with Cooperative Extension ANR for close to 30 years with the Expanded Food Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)
The California Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) promotes nutrition, physical activity, and healthier lifestyles for income-eligible youth and adults. With strong partnerships in local communities, EFNEP drives transformative impact on the lives of individuals, families, and households, supporting long-term health and well-being. She primarily teaches youth throughout San Diego County grades K-12th on the importance of eating healthy foods and staying active.
