Ella Mitchell

I began my career with the Santa Barbara County 4-H Program and UCANR as a Program Assistant, and later moved into the role of their Community Education Specialist I. As a 4-H alumnus, I’ve experienced firsthand the program's positive impact and continue to see those benefits in my personal and professional life every day. I’m passionate about supporting youth development and helping young people build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
