Vladimir Rafael Paredes
Community Nutrition Educator
MBA in Technology Management, U of Phoenix
Nutrition Science course at Stanford Center for Health Education
Growing up, Vladimir believed that our digestive systems were invincible—that they somehow kept all the good nutrients we ate and simply discarded the rest. Many years later, he realized how much more complex and fascinating our bodies truly are—and how many people are still confused by the flood of conflicting nutrition advice we hear every day.
Before pursuing his passion for health and community education, Vladimir loved designing and building products that connected computers to the internet. Now, he channels that same creativity and curiosity into inspiring people to live healthier, more mindful lives.
As a Community Nutrition Educator and Master Gardener, Vladimir is passionate about reconnecting people to the sources of their food and empowering them to make informed, lasting choices for their health. He is especially dedicated to supporting school gardens, believing they are powerful spaces for nurturing curiosity, hands-on learning, and lifelong healthy habits.
His guiding philosophy is simple: this is the only body we’ll have until our last breath, and it deserves our care, understanding, and respect.
