The UCP 339 Department Payroll Expenditure report may not reconcile to the paycheck data recorded in UCPath.

User may not be able to reconcile salary data to recorded data in UCP-339 Cognos report.

This is currently impacting the biweekly payroll with pay end date 01/06/2024 and may potentially impact 01/31/2024 monthly payroll data. The Aggie Enterprise UCPath team has logged a ServiceNow ticket with UC Davis.

Funding Entry Transactions for UCPath Monthly (MO) employees:

Please do not submit any new funding entry transactions as UC ANR is submitting corrections to address the new COA mapping changes: financial department updates, and adding activities, program codes, and projects. We will notify UCPath General Ledger (GL) transactors when MO employee funding entries can proceed.
