Drought Conditions for San Diego CountyNational Integrated Drought Information System (NOAA)The U.S. Drought Monitor (USDM) is updated each Thursday to show the location and intensity of drought across the country using a five-category system, from Abnormally Dry conditions to Exceptional Drought. This map depicts current drought conditions in San Diego County.
National Integrated Drought Information SystemNOAANIDIS is a multi-agency partnership that coordinates drought monitoring, forecasting, planning, and information at national, state, and local levels across the country. The Drought Monitor tool shows experts’ assessments of conditions related to dryness and drought including observations of how much water is available in streams, lakes, and soils compared to usual for the same time of year. 
Fire Information for Resource Management SystemNASAThis tool distributes near real-time active fire data within three hours of a satellite overpass. The active fire/hotspot data can be viewed in the FIRMS Fire Map or in NASA’s Worldview.
Storm Events DatabaseNOAA National Centers for Environmental InformationAccess National Weather Service storm data and unusual weather phenomenon reports from 1950 to the present.
US Seasonal Drought OutlookNOAA National Weather Service Climate Prediction CenterAccess outlook maps showing experts' judgments of chances for above-, below-, or near-average temperature and precipitation for a range of future periods. Maps also show potential hazards and conditions related to drought.
Cattle Heat Stress Forecast MapsUSDA Agricultural Research ServiceThis tool provides weather forecasting to predict potential cattle heat stress, along with cattle risk factors and actions to minimize heat stress.
