Watermelon Lemonade

A refreshing and tangy lemonade celebrating summer’s bounty of watermelon.
 

Yield: One pitcher
Prep: 10 Minutes
Processing: Not required
 

INGREDIENTS:
• 4 cups chopped watermelon
• 1 ½ cups lemon juice
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 6 cups cold water
 

INSTRUCTIONS:
Prep:
• Assemble and measure ingredients.
• Blend together chopped watermelon and lemon juice in blender until very smooth.
• Pour into large pitcher. Add sugar and cold water and stir well.
• Pour over ice and enjoy!
